What can I expect during an event session?

You’ll begin seated, then move into a guided experience that may include breathwork, meditation, movement, vocal elements, live music, rhythm, sound, and deep relaxation. Some participants experience physical sensations, emotional release, visions, realizations, or deep inner clarity. Every experience is unique.

What kinds of benefits do people experience after the event?

Everyone’s experience is different, but many participants report feeling emotionally lighter, mentally clearer, more grounded, and more connected to themselves. Some also experience physical relaxation, creative energy, inner realizations, or a sense of release from old patterns or stuck emotions.

Is this safe for everyone?

Accepted Answer

This experience is generally safe for most people, and you are always in control of your participation. You can go deeper or stay more gentle depending on what feels right for you.
However, we strongly recommend consulting your doctor or reaching out to us at inhale@breathmystery.com before attending if you:
Have cardiovascular disease or high blood pressure

Have epilepsy or a history of seizures

Experience severe mental health conditions, such as schizophrenia or psychosis

Have a history of stroke or aneurysm

Are currently using heavy psychiatric medications 
Have had a recent major surgery or significant physical injury

Are pregnant
The space is held with deep care, and the method is designed to meet you where you are.

How should I prepare before the session?

Please fast from food and water for at least 2 hours before the event. If you need to eat or drink, keep it very light. We also recommend emptying your bladder before the session begins so you can stay fully immersed without interruption. Please arrive early enough to find parking, check in, settle into the space, and complete any final preparation before we begin.

Should I bring my phone?

Yes, please bring your phone. We will use it briefly as part of the experience at the end.
Before arriving, please set your phone to Airplane Mode, Silent, and Do Not Disturb, with all sounds, vibrations, and notifications fully turned off. This is essential for maintaining the depth and integrity of the group experience.

Do I need to complete anything before attending?

Yes. Please complete the required pre-event survey before attending. This helps us prepare for the group and creates a smoother check-in experience when you arrive.

We also recommend watching Igor’s short pre-event video before attending so you can arrive more present, open, and prepared.

What is Breath Mystery 3.0?

Accepted Answer

Breath Mystery 3.0 is a new evolution of the Breath Mystery live experience. If you’ve attended before, this journey features advanced sound engineering, new music, Siberian Native Frequency Instruments, and a completely different energetic progression. It is still deep and transformational, but profoundly unique.

What if I feel uncomfortable being around a large group of people?

That’s completely okay. Many people arrive with that same concern. Breath Mystery creates a safe and respectful space where you are never forced to interact beyond your comfort level. You can stay focused inward, participate at your own pace, and still receive the full benefit of the experience.

No. Breath Mystery is a non-religious, universal experience. It honors all belief systems and does not promote any specific faith. If you are part of a religion, this practice can support your spiritual journey without conflicting with your values.

Is this connected to Jesus or a specific religion?

Accepted Answer

No. Breath Mystery is not affiliated with any specific religion and does not promote one faith or doctrine. The experience is universal and inclusive, centered on breath, presence, sound, and human connection. If you are part of a religion or spiritual tradition, this practice is designed to support your inner journey without conflicting with your personal beliefs. Quite often, this experience actually deepens people’s connection to their own religion and spiritual path.

Can I bring my teen to the session?

If your child is under 18 and you would like them to attend, please reach out to us in advance at inhale@breathmystery.com. We generally ask that anyone under 18 attends by choice, is able to fully participate, follow instructions, remain present for the entire experience, and not disrupt the space for others. They would still need to obtain a general admission ticket.

What should I bring?

Accepted Answer

Please bring a yoga mat, floor mat, or blanket to lie on, plus a blanket to cover your body, a thin pillow, water, and any comfort items you may want during the active breathing portion. An eye mask is optional but recommended. Some venues may have hard or concrete floors, so we suggest bringing extra padding, such as an additional blanket, thicker mat, or sleeping bag, if you want more comfort.

What if I can’t make it to my session? Can I transfer my ticket?

Yes. If you are unable to attend, you can transfer your ticket to another person or apply it toward a future live event or Breath Mystery virtual experience. Please email us at inhale@breathmystery.com with your request.

Can it help with stress or anxiety?

Accepted Answer

Many participants report feeling calmer, lighter, clearer, and more grounded after the experience. Breathwork and sound can support emotional release, nervous system regulation, and deeper self-awareness. That said, Breath Mystery is not a replacement for medical care or therapy. If you have specific health concerns, we recommend consulting your doctor before attending.

Question 16

Is any plant medicine served during the experience?

No. Breath Mystery does not serve plant medicine, alcohol, or any substances during the live experience. The journey is guided through breath, sound, music, movement, meditation, and inner awareness. We ask that all participants arrive substance-free and avoid alcohol or recreational drugs for at least 24 hours before the event.
