Preparation for Your In-Person & Online Experiences

Set yourself up for a deeper, more powerful journey:

 

Please fast from food and water for at least 2 hours before the event.

Bring a yoga mat or two, a blanket or two, and a thin pillow to stay comfortable throughout the experience. This is a substance-free space.

Wear soft, serene colors—beige is ideal—to help create a grounded and harmonious atmosphere.

 

Plan ahead for traffic and parking, and aim to arrive 15–30 minutes early so you can settle in fully and begin the experience with ease.

​Most of these guidelines also apply to our virtual and online experiences, helping you create a focused, undisturbed, and supportive space wherever you are joining from.
