Preparation for Your In-Person & Online Experiences
Set yourself up for a deeper, more powerful journey:
Please fast from food and water for at least 2 hours before the event.
Bring a yoga mat or two, a blanket or two, and a thin pillow to stay comfortable throughout the experience. This is a substance-free space.
Wear soft, serene colors—beige is ideal—to help create a grounded and harmonious atmosphere.
Plan ahead for traffic and parking, and aim to arrive 15–30 minutes early so you can settle in fully and begin the experience with ease.
Most of these guidelines also apply to our virtual and online experiences, helping you create a focused, undisturbed, and supportive space wherever you are joining from.
