You’ll be guided by Igor's unique methodology and enriched by his Siberian Native Frequency Instruments, this transformative voyage integrates diverse meditative practices, breathwork techniques, various vocal elements, movement and a rich variety of rhythms, fostering profound healing and personal growth.
Igor studied with Hawaiian Kumu Teachers and co-created a powerful Hawaiian chant. Participants may perceive visions, experience realizations, and find clarity and release from stuck situations.
This live experience facilitates a deep liberation of pent-up energy, suppressed emotions, obstacles, and unresolved issues. Your inward journey is supported by self-regulation tools and a curated soundscape. This holistic exploration engages participants in movement, breathwork, meditation, and relaxation, paving the way for profound transformation.
