Sometimes this work can bring up deeper emotions, memories, or unresolved inner material. If anything feels intense, difficult, or challenging, we strongly encourage you to support yourself through integration with a trusted therapist, close friends, or people who can hold space for you in a grounded way. You are not meant to process everything alone.
If any negative thoughts arise about the experience itself, this is often a natural sign that deeper layers are moving through you and asking to be seen and addressed. What comes up externally is often a reflection of internal processes, which is why integration is such an important part of the journey.
