If you don’t have either, please let Igor know or raise your hand, and we’ll support you directly.
Once you’re on the Instagram post, you’ll see others sharing their experiences about Breath Mystery. The system is set up so that when you leave a short comment (one sentence summarizing your experience), you’ll automatically receive a message in your Instagram inbox or Facebook Messenger with the Integration Reflection Form link.
After leaving your comment, simply go to your inbox and follow a few quick prompts to fill out the survey.
